   Grains Quietly Mixed Early Tuesday

   March corn was fractionally higher, March soybeans were 2 cents higher, and
March Chicago wheat was fractionally lower.

6:00 a.m. CME Globex:   March corn was fractionally higher, March soybeans were
2 cents higher, and March Chicago wheat was fractionally lower.

CME Globex Recap:   Grains were quiet overnight with contracts posting narrow
trading ranges. Soybeans were higher on spillover support from bean meal, wheat
was fractionally lower, and corn was near unchanged. Outside commodities were
mostly higher with both energies and gold posting tentative rallies.

OUTSIDE MARKETS:   The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed 6.10 points higher
Monday at 17,678.70. Dow Jones futures were 89 points lower early Tuesday.
Asian markets were mostly higher with the Nikkei 299.78 points at 17,768.30.
European markets were mostly lower. The overnight crude oil market was $0.13
higher at $45.28 while Brent crude was $0.21 higher at $48.37. The February
gold contract was $1.80 higher at $1,282.20 while the U.S. dollar index was
0.120 lower at 94.682. Soybeans at the Dalian Exchange were higher while
Malaysian palm oil contracts were mostly higher.
